INTRODUCING CORROCHIOS CANTINA

After 10 years we’ve decided it’s time for a freshen up and new direction. We’re closing Ruby’s as you know it as it has a Mexican overhaul to become “Corrochios Cantina” BUT importantly we’re going to carry on hosting the Friday and Saturday night parties from 9pm – 2am.

So the same 3 rotating DJs we’ve had for the last 7 years will carry on bringing the party classics but now there’ll be fabulously authentic regional Mexican food, a latin inspired cocktail menu and  a full on overhaul of the decor to give it a taste of our travels through Mexico.

The layout will stay the same so it’s still perfect for bigger groups of between 10 and 60 but there’s now plenty more seating for smaller bookings and walk-ins.

Corrochios Cantina is open Friday and Saturdays from 6pm – 2am (DJ on from 9pm).
